Make a Report

The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life engages in accountability measures to ensure that fraternities and sororities, and their members, are upholding campus and council policies. For council and chapter incidents, or those involving group accountability, please send a report to the Office of Student Conduct at dean@saonet.ucla.edu with all available accompanying information. For incidents involving individuals, please contact the Office of Student Conduct at (310) 825-3871.

Sexual or Gender Based Violence

Hazing

Report hazing: by emailing the Dean of Students or the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.

A Bias Incident

The mission of UCLA is to promote discovery, create and disseminate knowledge, expand opportunities for all, and educate the next generation of leaders. The University strives to foster an environment in which all are included. Acts of discrimination are antithetical to the values of the University. If such incidents occur, we ask that you report them using this form.

All information submitted will be maintained as confidential to the extent permitted by law.
